Simon is dedicated to promoting fixed cost fully managed IT services to SME’s along with competent technical advice in order to give businesses confidence in their ability to grow and build for the future. Founded in 2002, Simon has developed NPIT from a small IT Support company to an award winning business offering full scale IT Solutions.

Muss has been with NPIT for over 7 years. She is a VMware and Microsoft certified professional with over 20 years’ experience and a strong background in a multitude of technologies.

Billal has varied experience both in IT Support and Education. His expertise lies in resolving hardware issues and providing support and advice to clients on-premises.

Support Engineer

Navneet joined NPIT as Support Engineer. His expertise lies in Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Azure. Navneet has hands-on experience with Windows troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. Navneet is also certified in Az-900 and MS-900.

Support Engineer

Manish has over 12 years’ experience specialising in desktops, laptops, and software troubleshooting. He works within various technologies including Exchange, 365, Azure and Active Directory. Manish is also certified in Azure 900.

Einat joined NPIT in the role of Marketing and Project Manager.

Einat has around 15 years’ experience in the IT / Technology industry implementing and delivering digital and direct marketing activities. Einat has also worked within several charities on various fundraising campaigns.

Jerome has been with NPIT for over 10 years. His main specialty is building dynamic websites linked to databases using Microsoft .Net and Microsoft SQL Server.

Steve specialises in full end to end solutions from windows apps all the way up to fully scalable web systems with full disaster recovery. His expertise lies in the small business sector.
