This award required applicants to go through the process of answering around 200 questions over 12 different areas in order to demonstrate the quality of their staff, technology and business processes. A panel of judges then reviewed and audited each applicant to identify which organisations had all of the important business practices to be successful, with the top 50 best scores winning this award of excellence.
